OUR STANDARDS

Discretion requires structure.

Privacy is not created through promises alone. It depends on disciplined information handling, appropriate access controls, documented authority and careful governance. Haber Grove’s operating standards are designed around those principles.

Discretion

Haber Grove does not publish client lists, identifiable case studies or testimonials that could reveal the identity or circumstances of a household. Information is discussed only with authorised individuals and appropriate parties involved in an agreed activity.

Information handling

Information is collected only where it serves a defined household purpose. Access is limited according to role and need. Haber Grove does not collect or store highly sensitive information.

Authority and approvals

Haber Grove operates within documented authority arrangements. Approval thresholds, nominated decision-makers and escalation requirements are established before activities are undertaken.

Supplier and representative standards

External providers are selected according to the nature and sensitivity of the work being performed. Where appropriate, this may include identity verification, licence or certification checks, insurance confirmation, references, confidentiality requirements and ongoing performance review. The level of assessment reflects the access, responsibility and risk associated with the engagement. Household approval is always confirmed according to operating agreements.

Record keeping

Significant instructions, approvals, decisions and completed activities are recorded securely. This creates continuity for the household and reduces reliance on informal conversations or the memory of a single individual.
